我是一个狂热的logo收集fans，为了对得起自己的这份爱好，决定从今天开始记录logo背后的故事，采用倒序方式记录：

    I have a fancy for collecting logos of websites, especially those distinctive ones celebrating some important events. From now on, I  would like to share some of my collections in reverse chronological order.

     今天的主题是纪念数学家陈景润的诞辰，那个“1+2”就意味着陈老先生的《表达偶数为一个素数及一个不超过两个素数的乘积之和》的伟大证明了，离哥德巴赫猜想的一大步！
     A great Chinese mathematician, who made great effort to  argue the Goldbach Conjecture, although  he didn’t solve the puzzle finally, he contribute a lot to the field of mathmatics.

  Missing link ，啥意思？译言上将其解释为：“重拾失去的链条: 新发现化石证明人类与狐猴的进化链关系。”文章摘要：“自从达尔文提出进化论一来，无数的事实证明了进化论的合理性，但是由于机缘巧合，人类一直没有找到介于哺乳动物与类人猿之间的动物化石。宗教主义的人就此问题试图否认整个进化论。今天(2009年5月20日), Google在首页上特别更换了图标来宣传此次在欧洲的重大化石发现，是对宗教主义的有力反击。”

百度的这个logo设计得很好，小孩和鸽子都代表着希望，呈现出欣欣向荣的信息。
The boy and pigeon stand for hope and a new life,  and this  logo is a well-designed one.

Google doesn’t create a special logo, but in the index page of  Google China website, we can see a lovely little yellow flower there.

 Samrel Morse, an American artist and also an inventor, who invented the Morse code and telegraph. This Google logo is for the 218th anniversary of his birth.

4月22日，世界地球日，是一项世界性的环保运动，起源于美国。2009年4月22日，第63届联合国大会通过决议，决定将今后每年的4月22日定为“世界地球日”。
April 22th, Earth Day. This campaign is started ny American people, aimed at appealing to people to protect the environment.

 祖冲之（公元429年─公元500年）我国杰出的数学家，科学家。从小数学课上学的圆周率∏=3.1415926··· 对，就是这位老爷爷了，敬礼！
Zu Chongzhi (A.D 429- A.D.500) A famouse mathematician and scientist in China’s history. He is the firse person who discovered the circumference ratio. A great person!!!

  •  4月1日—— google logo （April 1st——Google logo  for the April Fools’ Day）

I would like to say the Google engineers are still young at heart :)
